Refund & Returns Policy

At ELXR, we want you to love every product you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

Timeframe

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, we can’t accept requests after this period.

Eligibility

To keep things safe and hygienic for all our customers, products must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
  • Returned with a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)
  • Reported for return due to damage, defect, or incorrect item received

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at customer.care@elxr.in with:
  • Your order ID
  • A quick note about what went wrong
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
  • Your full pickup address and preferred pickup time slot
  1. Sit back while we review it! We’ll take a quick look at your request and photos, then email you to confirm if it’s approved.
  2. We’ll handle the rest. If approved, we’ll arrange a free pickup right from your doorstep

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will start the refund right away and you should see the amount back in your original payment method within 5 business days.

Still waiting after 5 days? No stress. Just send us a quick email and we will make sure it is resolved for you right away.

Exchanges

Prefer an exchange? No problem! Once your item passes inspection, we’ll ship out your replacement within 5–7 business days and keep you updated every step of the way through email.

Exceptions

For safety and hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns of:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Sale or clearance items
